Guest Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
For full booking, cancellation, and no-show policies, please refer to the terms provided on our booking platform.
Check-In

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

If you need early check-in, please let us know your anticipated arrival time. We will do our best to have your suite ready.

Check-Out

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

If you require a late check-out, please contact us with your preferred departure time. We will accommodate whenever possible.

Property Damage

Lux Extended Stay reserves the right to charge guests for damage resulting from deliberate, negligent, or reckless behavior that affects the suite, furnishings, or property structures.

If damage is discovered after departure, charges may be applied to the credit card on file. We will make every effort to assess and communicate any issues before processing charges.

Excessive cleaning fee: $60 per hour
This applies to conditions such as stained bedding or carpets, excessive garbage or recycling, or food left in the refrigerator.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside any Lux Extended Stay suites.
A $200 per-incident charge applies for violations, including the use of tobacco, cannabis, and vapor products.

Please use only designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of all materials responsibly.

Alcohol Policy

A $200 penalty will apply to guests consuming alcohol in prohibited public areas, including:

  • stairwells
  • walkways
  • parking areas
  • hallways
Removal of Property
Lux Extended Stay reserves the right to charge guests for the full replacement value of any items removed from the suite or property without authorization. If items are found missing after check-out, the cost may be applied to the credit card on file.
Noise Policy

Please respect fellow guests.
Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking
All vehicles must be registered with the hotel. Please park only in designated Lux Extended Stay spaces. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Lux Extended Stay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents. Vehicles left on property after check-out without written authorization may be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the property.
